We have selected the service of Ankita madam after a very intensive search of cost effective and good dietitian all around Delhi. Our basic goal was to control the diabetes and reduce the belly fat within 3 months. Overall compliance to the plan was as follows: Type of food: 80% (Sometime eat outside) Plan Quality: 60% (We had the suggested food but little more qty than the suggested) Plan timing: 50% (Due to busy Work schedule) Even though, I did not follow the diet plan perfectly, the results was amazing from day one. Overall health improved a lot including my energy level. For the duration of the diet plan, my average sugar level comes down to 6.2 with all type of cholesterol with the normal range. At first I lost the hope in myself and never hoped that I will ever be able to loss that much because I weighed 88kg, people started disliking me and I always felt very low because people stopped talking with me. But Dr. Ankita Gupta Sehgal gave me a hope that everything is possible. She was very motivating and always pushed me to work on myself in very positive way. Her diet included everything that I never felt I am missing anything in my diet. She always gave the diet that could be simply cooked and are available at our home.
